I have a Sirius radio and I love it. I wonder if they make a low proile antenna like that for sirius? I think sirius costs a lil more because there are no commercials. How many stations does XM have? Sirius is at 100 now..........they have the speed channel too.

man thats a lot of work... that antenna is nice man, I have always hated the normal XM radio ones...now if only they could make one that goes in the tint strip on the windshield so its completely invisible. Nice mods brother

The picture I took is without any trimming at all. It isn't sitting quite flat yet. It is a little cold out here in Montana to get it to lie flat right now. I just need a warm sunny day to stick the truck outside and let the sun bake the car and warm up the carpet so it will settle. Then we'll se how much trimming is needed. I like the quality, it is definity not as stout as the stock carpet. The stock carpet has that rubber molding where as the new stuff is mostly just the carpet. Not bad for $209 with floormats and shiping. It took about a week to get in after I ordered it.

Who says I'm putting anything in the dash???

I just need a few more dollars and I can finish all this stuff up. It sucks having to wait until I have the cash to do this stuff, but at least I don't end up buying anything I can't afford. The credit cards sure look nice sitting in the wallet. I just got my renewal card, maybe I need to make sure it works.................

Yeah, that was me. I did end up trimming it. I used a combination of your tips with some that Bulldog gave me and it worked out pretty well. I haven't completely made my mind on what I plan on doing with it, but a monitor would be nice. I installed it in such a way that I can take it out and go back to the stock setup if I don't like it. I'll figure something out, just need money to do it...
