I have a 2000L, I want to switch out the fog lights(to the 01-03) but I am having a hard time trying to find direction on how to install it, I want to take the direction to the dealer to see if they can do it right, thanks

 

Thats going to be really hard to do, best way would be too swap out with the 01 bumper too. Good luck!

 

yes u have to go to an 02'+ bumper cover....

whats the difference in the 99-00 and the 01-02?

 

Just the way the foglights mount. AFAIK

 

thats such BS...there has to be a way...even if some cutting or drilling is involved. Does the harness for the power match?

 

the connectors are very easy to modify, if they dont match, just a two wire hookup, but the 99-00 foglights mount with a single screw through the cover then a metal bracket, the 01+ mounts right to the cover cliped into place by three clips around the cup of the cover no metal bracket behind the cover is involved..
only way would be aftermarket, ill post some pick in a min...
