I just removed mine. They are Motorcraft Platnium not sure about the part number but the number on the side says AGSF and then 12FM1. I'm sure one of those is it.

lol, I don't have a lightning, but I do have Motorcraft platinum spark plugs in my 1998 F-150.

The platinum plugs will work ok in a 100% stock truck. Ford puts them in the Lightning for the 100,000 mile tune up idea. The first thing I would do is rip them out(if they haven't already blown out) and install a set of NGK TR6's or Denso's.

nah no blown plugs yet guys.

also i run denso it20s w/ my 4#...ditched the stock ones long long time ago
