? on Belltech lowering springs

hey everyone,
I have already used the search function (extensively lol) but I still have a few questions. I am looking for more drop in the front than the FRPP 1/2 kit, somewhere around a 2" actual drop. I already have Western Chassis 2" drop shackles in the rear, and I know the Western Chassis 2" A-arms are the way to go in the front but I just cant afford them. so which Belltech coils will give me a 2" drop on the L? part #4804, or is that only a 1" drop on an L? I think I want the springs that come in the Belltech "3/4" kit, which is really 2/3 on an L. any part #s/info/opinions on these springs is greatly appreciated
also, we all know QA1s are the best shocks, but again, they are big money. what do you guys think are the "second best" shocks, or the best bang for the buck
