Sorry, had some company today
Thanks for the Intro Gator
Yes you need a Nitrous Program on your Chip
The funny part is no matter how many times I ask (EVEN A TUNER) no-one will tell you the timing and A/F of a nitrous Chip.
Gator offered, but then he would have had to kill me HEHEHEHEHE
I now have the WET ZEX KIT and thanks to snow snow and more snow I can't install it yet, but it clearly says they DO NOT recommend a Chip, that is because a Chip adds timing. They go on to say at 55 HP you do not have to back down the timing, but for every 10HP thereafter you need to back off 2degrees of timing. Of course they are using our STOCK TIMING as a reference point. So it seems the Tuners take timing out and then richen it up "ALOT", maybe as much as 20%....
First off which kit do you mean ?
The Dry Kit

Or Wet Kit

The Zex Dry Kit comes with a Nitrous Management Unit that hooks electrically into our fuel system and changes the fuel pressure and adds more fuel when the Juice is in use.
I was told NOT TO TRUST THAT and go with the WET SYSTEM, I DID
As for the timing, I think the reason no-on will answer my post is because no-one has the answer. We all know every tuner read my post, BUT NO ONE ANSWERED, Hmmmmm, I wonder why ?
For the people who have e-mailed me privatly and helped,
I THANK YOU, you know who you are
Some say 15 degrees is ok, some say IT MUST BE LOWER OR STOCK TIMING.
I think I'll run 100% cam 2 racing fuel 1st time out with the juice and try it with some timing, if it blows, it blows. Then I go nuts, I cry scream hoot and hollar, then rip out a credit card and go 10 g's in the whole and get a REAL MOTOR and pump the juice up to 125HP,
Ah WTF, the kid don't need college
