Wink Wheels

Thinking about getting either 20'' or 22'' wheels for the L but aren't impressed with what I've seen on websites. Not really wanting billet. Anyone know of any place that sells good looking wheels for our trucks? Tried Budnik and Boyd already...

I would go with some 100-spoke daytons in gold. 13 inch deep dish = player imo.

here is my opinion on wheels

If you have a silver lightning go with Antera 325's
If you have a Black Lightning go with the 20" reps painted silver or the HRE 645R's or Lezaro SUV Omega
If you have a red Lightning go with the 20" reps chromed

interested in seeing the results in this... i hate all the wheels i have seen. except the silver 03 reps. but i havent found them in 20's. idealy 20x9.5 - 10 . chrome just does not do it for me on these trucks.

I kind of figured you for Keystone Klassics and an El Camino. I guess you never can tell.

Red face

If your L is black, you gotta go chrome.
I went with the harley wheels.
I was unsure for 3 months.
Thought about weld evo (axis 5) 20's for their weight, but saw them on a few trucks and I wasn't too impressed for the $. They look soooo much better in the ads.
Anyway I know they aren't popular with the rest of our L family, but i couldn't be more happy with them.
for pics of my truck, do a search, i posted them on 11/25/02 under the title (new wheels).

If you're going 20's or 22's, step out and look for something different. The stock wheels are ok, but why not make your Lightning look unique.
