Brembo Brakes

I have seriously been thinking about upgrading my brakes and was looking into the brembo kit, but it's pricey. Is there anyone on here that knows a place to get a group buy going or is that just a dream?

I have looked on the forums for awhile and haven't seen too much else that looked good.

Any suggestions if brembo is out on what to look at next?

I think you will be happier with the AP Racing in the long run, but you can find good deals on used Brembo’s.

Ayrton,

How much did you spend on that set up and did you order it from AP racing directly?

I ordered it thru Stillen, and the whole experience was great. The kit was true bolt on, and only took me about an hour per side, and that includes fabbing up the brake line mounts.

I ordered the front, and rear together, and the total was about $3,700 shipped.

As nice as the AP kit seems to be, its still pretty expensive. There's a ton of info on brakes here:

Tim, I refer so many people to your site, it’s a wonder you don’t need more bandwidth, and I feel its some kind of an “honor” to have something I did on there.

I will see if I can get you a better photo of the AP set up.

AP racing rears?

Ayrton:

What kit do they offer for the rear brakes? Is it just rotors/pads?
