Just measured my lower pulley the best I could. It's between 8 1/8" & 8 1/4" ~.

I looked around in the search engine and didn't find anything definitive.

Does this equate to a 2# er?

If you are measuring it at the lip, it's most likely a 2lb. If you are measuring it at the ribs, it sounds like one of JLs old 3lbs.
