How dearly am I going to pay for playing??

First of all, I don't know a great deal about anything dealing with mechanics but here's the problem. While reinstalling my Air Force 1 filter, I noticed what looks like oil in the black rubber thing I posted a pic of. Could someone please explain why/how oil could be in there? I didn't notice it the first time I installed it, or when I took it off to take to dealership about a month ago. Thanks for any help. Mods in sig.

And please give a little slack, it's been raining here and I havn't had the chance to clean her up

Jay Lincoln has the answer to one of them. We need to bug him until he sells a kit for it.
