Pegged the Speedo....
I know most people don't condone street racing, but I just couldn't help it...The other night while heading south on the Garden State Parkway, a 911 pulls right along side me at about 70mph, and hits his gas to make the front of the car jump a bit...Guess he wanted to see if I would take the bait...So I gave a little whack of the throttle to let him know that I was ready to roll...I gave him the jump, then put the petal to the floor...It was late and very far south on the parkway, so we were the only people I could see on the road...By 110mph I was 1-1/2 cars out on him, and decided to stay in it....A quick lookat the Auto meter lunar boost guage showed 16lbs, engine felt good, no pinging, still pulling hard, so I said WTF and buried the speedo...At that point I would say he was only 2 cars behind me and starting to close the gap due to 1/2 the weight and twice the aerodynamics, so I let off and he comes flying by me...I flicked the beams, and he kept going...Guess he wasn't too happy, but I sure was!!

street isn't highway so you were highway expositioning, lol in my area near manchester some guy in a white x-treme thought he was big stuff maxing his throttle after payin tolls so I let him see what powe rwas, always high on highways

You shouldn't street race...blah..blah...blah. Street racing is bad for you...blah..blah...blah. You could crash..kill...mame or wound...blah.blah..blah. You could poke your eye out..blah..blah...blah. Sorry fellows, someone had to post the standard warning pitch.
