Want to see what people think of the Metco, Cal Tracs and Rancho bars on a L with a 3/4 drop.
Also is there any install issues I should know about before I make my purchase?
I am mainly concerned about clearance right now.

Jay Lincoln Truk Traks fit and work great.

 

If you are using the BellTech kit, my Truck-Traks will bolt right on.

There will be no exhaust or ground clearance issues.

 

Clearance won't be your problem. What cat-back you run will.
Metco-Inc. is the only traction bar company that I know of that has a specific kit if you're running aftermarket lowering hangers. I'm also a big fan of JDM's rancho style bars.

 

I believe JLP's bars will fit.

 

I have a Full Bassani Exhaust, getting a set of polished Rancho's would look good.
Gotta order the bars soon before the 4:10's go in.

Is there a differnece between the JL bars and JDM's Rancho Bars other than price.

 

You're going to have fun trying to make those bars work with the Bassani and that drop. Good luck dude

 

I guess I have to get the Metco's then.

 

...or change the tail pipes on the Bassani mufflers.

 

I have the (had) full Bassani with the Belltech 3/4 drop with the JDM rancho bars and they worked great for me..

I have caltracs and they work fine...I have a 3x4.5 drop..
If you buy Caltrac get the anti rattle kit that is offered online..Sal sell a Lighning specfic set. The front bracket is modified to ease installation and negate interference from the exhaust.
