Thumbs up Every time I see a Lightning...

...I drool.

I got my truck to haul my camper and tow my boat. BUT...there will always be room in my garage for an L.

Now...my truck with the 3.73 gears and the 5.4 makes great torque to get up the passes around here, but what is it like with another 100 ft lbs? How long can you pop a wheelie for?

i dont know about popping a wheelie, but the extra 100ft lbs does make a difference, it's quite a feeling, better than crack (not that i've every tried.....)

Cool

How do you guys do with the new Corvettes? Or the hot-rod Beemers and such?

When I bought my truck there just happened to be a silver Lightning right next to it. Believe me, I thought about it...

Hey 7700...

I know exactly how you feel, cause I used to feel the same way...I have a 2000 4x4 ORP with the 5.4, and went nuts when I saw an L...My friend brought one last summer, and that really drove me upp a wall..I finally couldn't take it anymore and brought mine in September....Black 01' with 8900 miles on the clock for 26K....Absolutely love it...Don't get me wrong, I love the 4x4, but I love the L even more....Best of both worlds....

NOW GO BUY ONE...You won't regret it...

100 extra ft lbs of torque is only a taste. Believe me you'll want more and more
