We had one new shift supervisor that insisted in
pulling up behind the trucks as he was going to
give instructions to the shovel operators. Well, you
guessed it ... He parked right behind the dualies
on the 350 tonne truck that backed right over the pickup.
Driver said he didn't see or feel a thing. The truck
was FLATTENED though ... and the supervisor fired
for safety violations. Nobody was IN the truck, thank God.
