a plug that is. its a 2000 red and the owner doesnt really know a whole lot about the truck. he bought it bc he loved his 94 so much. he called me sunday morning and said it sounds like i have an exhaust leak and its running terrible or something to that effect and sure enough i told him about the plug launching that is going on and he checked. he lost one. that sucks bc its bone stock. and the hits just keep a coming.

Would this cold weather have anything to do with it? the way metal reacts to heat and cold , expantion and contraction possibly loosens the threads?

Before you guys flame I am just asking.
Just seems to be a lot MORE lately.

Mine never made it to cold weather before it blew a plug. It was built 3-5-01 and it launched a plug on a warm late summer night in September 2001...

I've driven mine 2 winters and never launched a plug. Even while getting on it. Maybe the Tech I had put my plugs in knows what he is doing.

Hey Ryan

After I met you at Atco, I started thinking that maybe I knew you. You didn't work out of 475 did you? And if so, do you remember being stuck in the elevator at the cracker for an hour and half at the refinery in Linden? If so.......that was me with you

Mine blew right right as the temps starting dropping at the start of winter. Before that everything had been fine.
