Thumbs down Damn it Damn it Damn it...Glad you aren't hurt.

That hurts my eyes. I thought it was just me that made idiots show off the acceleration capabilities (or lack there of) of there inferior vehicles. Glad you kept your composure, not sure I could have.

Classified as a hit and run. 45 mins later the cop called me up saying they found him and he was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and with that in the state of maryland you license gets revoked. I'm scared of the 4th pic down. i don't know if that will require a new cab and if the will total it cuz of that. we'll see tomorrow
Dont get your hopes up about your insurance company totaling it. When i had my accident with my truck it looked 10 times worse and was over 4 grand worth of damage. They told me with this kind of vehicale they would replace 90% of the truck down to the frame. So just make sure you find a good shop to do the work.

Damn that sucks, glad that the police caught the azzhole, but one question remains.........

You didn't go after the POS and use the left side of your truck as a ram? I KNOW if Iam in the same position, in a hit and run, the f*ucker is going to be hit again, IF I can catch him. And Iam pretty sure you could have caught that Mustang.

Anyway, remember your where not hurt...thats the main thing ......even if you did what I said, you could have been hurt. And the truck can and will be fixed

Same here...

...was rear-ended. Over 10k worth of damage. All fixed now. Was hit so hard, was pushed another 6 ft forward into another pickup.

Just make sure you go to a GOOD shop that will do it right the FIRST time. I had to take the truck back twice to get everything right...and I'm still not 100% happy.

Crash photos

What an idiot that guy is...hit and runs barley ever get away, and when they get cought they are for sure sorry they even tried. Most likely he was in a panic because he knew it was all his fault from the get go for showing off. Every time I mess around its when the streets are empty of cars and its safe, and especially safe of cops. I hope it works out for you buddy, definitly find the most expensive shops you can to do the work for your insurance quote, if your insurance doesnt have a limit on estimates. Good luck

I'd say with paint and no bent frame you're looking at less than 8K
worth of damage. My total bill came to over 18,000 ... Still
not totaled.

Make DAYUM sure you go to the best place in town ... I did ...
and we still had some paint issues (Solvent Pop, etc.)

Cliff

PS... Good luck ... It can be as good as new ...
