Im currently goin through training at the Federal Law Enforcement Trainig Center. Part of my cross training is for customs, and I've seen that pic and some others and videos that would make your head spin. On the southern border they once actually managed to sow this little MExican guy into the lining on a rear captain's chair in an older suburban. The frame of the chair was replaced with this guy sitting there in a crouched position for the whole ride covered up by the leather with his arms stuck out to serve as armrests. Imagine you're that customs inspector taking a brief look around the back of someone's truck and one of the back seats starts sneezing and fidgiting. It's amazing how inventive and ingenious many of these people can be who have no formal education whatsoever.
