Has anyone installed a Outerwears Pre-filter like Johnny Lightnings on a JDM or LFP cold air kit. Just want to make sure they fit before I order one. Thanks for the help!!!

 

Not a Lightning but, I have the Outerwear on my K & N Filter. When you call to order have the measurements of the filter and they can come up with the corect Outerwear cover.
I called with the measurements and the K & N part number. They work great.

 

Should fit as I believe all the tuners are selling kits with the 12" S&B filter.

i have one and it fits like a condom.

 

Mine isn't exactly that snug but it does fit nicely.

Cyntaxx, who's filter kit are you using? Thanks....and for the rest of you truble makers...mine fits extremely tight...I'm afraid that if I make any sudden moves, I might split it. Been there done that!

 

If you are running the standard 12" filter that JDM, JLP, LFP and of course PSP sell, then they all use the same Outerwear. We have them on our site if you need to order one.
