Theres a little explaneing here, The cop wrote the actual speed under the 160+ because he said if the judge seen the actual he would just take the liscence away. Don' t try this it is not cool but you asked.

I think hes talking about whats the highest speed your truck ever went back into second gear. When i had my 01, i liked making it "strike" people in first gear. I could go about 35 - 36 and it would go from third into first and then spin right on by people.

jefflaws. yes

sorry if i was mis-understood. thats what i ment. second gear. makes me worried when trying to hit 3rd going 70 and hit second by accident. ive done this before and ofcourse the beast flew like a wild monkey. would hate to lose my motor accidently shifting to second trying to hit third.

The factory setting for a WOT 3-2 downshift is 68mph. That means that the truck will downshift into 2nd at any speed under 68mph at WOT. It will not downshift at any speed over 68 mph. I've sometimes raised this to 70 upon customer request, but I won't go any higher. I've seen that setting raised as high as 78mph in another vendors chip programs.

Is it even safe to do a 2nd gear downshift from 68? what would you recommend LightningTuner? Or what is the maximum safe speed to do it? If there is one?
