Unfortunately, this is not something I'm able to do myself. So, I'll have to pay someone to do it. I would feel most comfortable letting an SVT dealer do it, but that wouldn't be too bright. So, how do I find the right person? What questions besides the obvious like, "have you done this before" should I ask? Thanks in advance for helpful advise.
Also, what should I expect to pay?

DO IT YOUR SELF, or do as Lightnin Rod say's.
You DO NOT want to trust ANYONE other than Ford or a fellow Lightning owner doing this job. As much as it sucks and it's a pain in the *** and it takes a real long time, When you do it yourself and it's over and done with, you will feel more in touch with your ride. I'm 42 and had to start over doing crap like this, "I've now done each and every Mod myself" NO ONE TOUCHES MY LIGHTNING. But after doing it yourself, you'll know why you DO NOT want any one else doing it but someone who you can trust

Be careful, and ask how many pulley's they have installed. A friend installed one on a HD w/ no problems. Then when it come to mine, I wound up having to be towed and booting out almost 500 for repairs and getting pulley installed.
Plugs aren't that bad, just gotta have globs of extentions and "wiggle" joints. First change took me about 45 min, and I am NOT a mechanic.

Baddgene, listen to Rob_02, he's right on the money.
Before getting my L, I paid for ALL repairs, mods and otherwise, cause I my time was worth more than the mechanics time.
But NO MORE!! I make time for my L, and you truly become connected.
My pulley and plugs was a challenge for me too, but I turned to a L buddy, and BOOOM the job's done (and you learn a great deal along the way and you know the job is done right).
So make every attempt to do it yourself, even if it takes you the whole weekend, it will be well worth it!!

Well, thanks for all the responses. I guess, I'll have to put in for a weeks leave
AZBLACKMONSOON, I'm at Ft. Huachuca, about 70 miles south of Tucson. When I had the HD, I rode up to the Pavillions one Saturday with my girlfriend and met a lot of L owners. Months ago though. Were you one?

Please don't stop. But, no they are not the Foose Spank. Funny, I did want those though. Chikenears had the best price, but they were still a stretch for me. So, I settled for the KMC V2.
