also vinnie: i'm getting my ac ***** soon and i tried to pull the stock ones out just to see how easy it was. i couldn't do it! i could barely get a grip on them but after making a couple attempts i still couldnt make that thing budge. did you use something to pry it out or maybe a set of pliers?

i'll remove after you see it..

If my memory serves me right. You need to put a little screwdriver in the bottom of the ***** and thet pop off. If no spot for screwdriver then pull harder.
The billet ones just slip on.
