Fog Lights

Well, my lenses have finally had it and i'm not interested in replacing the entire units (as much as my dealer would like me too)...

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on lenses or unit replacements of better quality???

Get the Piaa 510 to replace your lightning fog lights. They look great.

The 2001 lights have to be replaced as a unit, the lenses do not come off. Why not get them replaced under warranty?

I am tired of replacing junk with junk. I had one replaced once already.......next time I looked at it is broken again. I dunno I am just frustrated with them. Oh well. -Mat-

Dealer won't replace them under warranty....They say it was caused by road debris...we've all heard it before....

I just bought a lease turn in, and my local dealer gave me new fog lights under warranty.

He typed it in as internal fog light condensation.

Mine were cracked from the inside.

He said the replacement part numbers were 2003s.

The new ones don't have the silver shield over the bulb.
Maybe this was the problem?????

Try a cool dealer, it doesn't cost them anything.

My parts guy even let me just have the new ones, so I could wait
and replace them in a month or 2.

He said worse case if Ford wants them back he'll
call and get the old ones from me.

Goodluck.

Today, he also ordered a right rear tail light, as it has condensation in it. He's cool huh????
