Lightning videos--beats a Viper

I did a 'search' and couldn't find these videos or the screen name over here so I think these are 'new' to most of us? I copied them from a thread on LS1.com:

http://home.attbi.com/~camarotypelt/KenVSViper.wmv

The Viper driver leaves the track after he get's whupped upon.

This one says "autocross" but it's a drag race too:

http://www.autocrosspictures.com/svtcnt/Ken775.wmv

The car redlights but Ken catches him at the end.

i have a friend that lives in warner robbins. He used to have an 01 white lightning but sold it and got a 03 cobra blackcoupe. His name is Alan Happel and hes is 16 years old. i didnt know if you had ever met him or saw him at the dragstrip or in town.If you see him around you should ask him for a ride in it.

I think I know who you mean? Does his dad have a Corvette and if it's the same guy(kid), he's real quiet? Saw him at SDR but he was real 'closed-mouth'?

last time i time i was at his house they had a corvette grey and a Ferrari 360 modena yellow i think it was.Hes is quiet but like to race. His L had a 6 pound pulley and everything else JDM sells on it. I traded his hood when he sold it for my 2pound pulley and installed it on his cobra. I also helped him put the full exhast on the cobra too.

Viper or not, 7.75 in the quarter mile ain't nothing to sneeze at, especially if 8.34 puts us on our way to a high 12. I bet he runs low 12s.

Any Viper thats stock better hook up or be forever tormented by Lightning taillights. Well, for 12 or so. Oh and don't forget the long trip down the return lane by the grand stands)
