Factory Valve ??

Factory Valve ??

When i get my truck soon should I do this mod right away or do i have time? And the only reason why People aree doing this is because they want a cooler running transmission??? I did a search and didnt find what i was looking for.

the F/T valve body is use to improve shifts. the way it timproves shifts is by making the time between shifts quicker. quciker shifts mean less clutch slippage which means less heat which = less wear.

I have not heard of any problems from a FT valve body (installed correctly, dirt is enemy). If it helps, a Ford dealer (I do work for him) has approved these units as an upgrade to his customers. I believe you will be very pleased with the results and protection provided to your transmission.

No Factory Tech Valve Accumulator has caused anyones warranty to be voided, and with the exception of one that I got dirty when I built a Monster Box, none that I know of has ever caused any damage to a transmission. The kit has been though 5 differnt models and I've made somewhere around 2,000 of them, the original idea goes back at least 10 years. the first ones I made were for friends who had diesels and wanted a better shift.
