hey whats up iam a new owner i wanted to know where i can get the stuff
floor mats that say lightning do they come with the truck cause mine didnt
mud flaps because every thing ends up on bed even the tire black
is there a web site or a magizine
is there any thing that i can do to go faster and not void the warrantee
no speed mods yet
1500 kenwood amp
2 sets 8x9's
ba tweeters
2 jl 10'' woof
viper auto start and alarm w/alpine beeper
piia blue lights
and fogs

Well congrats on the purchase first off. You can throw and air filter and a catback on there and not void your warranty(that is what one of the SVT boys told me). What year and color did you end up getting>??? -Mat-

2002 white i just got my certificate it was born on my b day 2002
i bought a gt in 1988 new
then got a vett and had that for like 12 years traded that for the truck the truck is so sweet i love this truck

Not much you can do for performance without "voiding" your warranty. But I would buy a air filter kit for the truck. And there happens to be a tuner on your island that makes one
The Lightning mats you have seen here, where no longer available, but I thought I remember someone saying that they had a new pair that they would sell.........anybody?

every thing gets stuck in the ground effects leaves salt, dirt iam always picking the stuff out of the cracks maybee a little pair same color as the truck

the only thing annoys me is the tire gel I use flings black crap from the tires onto the back/side area and well as the ground effects. i dont know about mudd flaps though man, I think it would almost make it look like an impostor or something

If you get a daily driver in the future and take the L out in good weather only..Then you can pull them if they drive you nuts.
Maybe I should shut up!! They might look good to you and thats what matters..
I am sure they are some guys on the board that daily drive the L's and can let you know how the paint and effects hold up. Just gotta get to them to ask.
BOTTOM LINE..Congrats on the purchase..It will make you smile every day!!

Congrats on the new truck! This is a great site to learn all you need to know about your truck. Everyone one on this site is very helpful. Just do a search on any thing you want to know about and if nothing shows up just ask and someone will help! I am new at this and just want to thank everyone for all their help! THANKS!!!
