FT Valve body

My FT valve body has been sitting in the garage for over two months now. I finally got around to installing it today. The only thing I can think to say right now is "HOLY *****" This thing rocks. It rips my 555Rs going into second gear. Big thumbs up to Sal at PSP and Gregg Evans.

You had a FTVB sitting in your garage for two months before you installed it!!!!! While this maybe acceptable for some mods it isn't the way you should treat this one!!! Just for that your punishment is to chirp second gear 5 times a week and fishtail on the 1-2 shift 3 times a month!

All of you must live in the South. I installed mine 2 week ago In Chicago and I can't even tell it's in there. You goes are making me sick when you say you go sideways on the 1-2 shift. I can't even go half throttle. Are you WOT when it hits that hard?

TheRipper, you should seriously check out your valve body. Mine doesn't really go side ways in the 1-2 shift. Could be because of the 555Rs in the back and my Caltracs. It does definately rip the tires loose going into second. If you use just partialy throttle it still shift tighter than a Nuns (unt.

There is a ton of salt on the roads here so if it is hitting harder I am just spinning and can't feel it. There was another guy who installed his the same weekend in the same area and he said he couldn't tell any dif as well. Now we are getting 3" of snow

TheRipper, I have the same feeling because of the sandy roads. I did get a chance to get into it a couple times early in the winter and ,,,,, yes you will feel a large change. You should feel the tranny upshift "quicker"than stock even during light throttle applications.. remember the unit IS throttle sensitive. Hope this helps.
