Help me decide: red or black one?

I need to decide which color to purchase. I am undecided between red and black one (no, I am not interested in other colors). I have seen black one in real life, but I haven't seen red one yet.

If you have red or black L please point me to your galleries, help me decide.

If you don't have that color (or even if you don't have L at all) please feel free to tell which color of these two you would prefer if you were to buy a new '03L.

Thanks in advance!

White is the best!!!

I love the way the black looks when it is clean But it is so hard to keep it that way. The red is good to. I would say if you have the time to keep the black looking good go for it. That is a mean looking color! If not go with the easier color to keep clean. Red

I recently bought red.

I had a small black car once and it was a bitch to keep clean. It always looks dirty...always...so I couldn't imagine trying to keep something with as much surface area as our trucks clean if it were black.

I've gone a few weeks without washing the Red one and it still looked clean.

Red also shows the trucks design highlights better (if you ask me) and the beauty of the nose (the two grills etc) looks better on the red.

I don't normally like red vehicles but I think the L looks good in red for what that's worth.

NOTE: Red screams for attention by cops...and gets it too.

Thumbs up Fast cars and trucks come in two colors

Red and Black!!! Flip a coin... I was going to get a white one until I walked into the dealer and saw a red one on the showroom floor.

case in point

As I stated earlier that I felt that red showed the truck off better:

I just like the way the red shows the lines of the truck better and the front end looks best in red...you can really see the grills in contrast.

Dont get me wrong...If I could afford to have the truck washed every single day, then I'd get black...when it is clean nothing beats it. It never looks clean however...Also black shows every nick and scratch no matter how small more than any other colour.

honestly i would consider sonic blue as well if you are leaning towards red. both these colors stand out and bring the lines of the L out more (imo) than black, DSG, white, etc.

however there's something to be said about a stealthy black truck with black powdercoated rims, blacked out grilles, tinted windows, etc.

also remember that black is a LOT harder to maintain but shines when done right. personally i wouldn't want black on such a large vehicle but then again i'm a lazy bastid

I am more interested in how they look when they are both clean and polished.

I share that feeling too.

True. There is only one way to avoid attention of cops, and its not to change the color, its not to speed. I am more interested in being happy how my truck looks, getting attention of people that are checking it out, and getting attention of potential buyer when time to sell comes.

Thanks for input! I will check out your gallery.
