man i sure would hate to be a newbie nowadays ...

The Bypass prevents your S/C from over-boosting
when the throttle slaps shut, and other high rev
moments (like burnouts) the bypass totally removes
the computers ability to shut off the S/C, and removes
the level of safety involved. In other words, YOU are
now responsible for not blowing up your super-charger.

But it does stop the boost cutoff that happens at teh most
inopportune times ... hence it's popularity. Unplugging the
solenoid seems to accomplish the same thing for when you
are running on the track (1/4).

Welcome aboard.

That ain't no sh#t. Everytime I see the search cops give somebody the big middle finger, I just wanna bit#h slap my dawg.

Seems people forget that these are the same questions that they asked not so long ago.

Oh well...I guess we have to save ban width so we can read about some stupid flat tire.

I just doesn't pay to be a new member.....God help all the 2003 owners.

Tough response from a "search cop" whose only been around a few short months at that................

SVT_KY's response should help you, welcome aboard and feel free to ask all the questions you want.

We all learned the same way, even after using the search button.

Hey Nate Trun2.
I guess since I was the first to tell you to try searching my Lightning Bro's are talking about me. What they may have forgotten was it's kind of a tradition. I meant no harm dude!
If not me some other senior member would have done it.
None the less, welcome a board and consider your cherry broken!

Peace, Suavy
