I also was offered 20K on my 01 Lightning for a trade. I was looking at an 03 Cobra convert (black/black) . The dealer was willing to do on the X-plan that I have. I guess they figured they would make the money on my Lightning. Anyway, I said no, I wanted 25K for my traded, gave them my number and said call me if you want the sell. Haven't heard from them, and they sold the Cobra for the 3K "market adjustment"
