You're not alone my friend!!! At least you don't have salt trucks dumping tons everytime a flurry floats down. Oh yeah, it's 7 degrees here tonight with a windchill of -15. I know that's not bad for you Northern Guys, but that's Damn cold for here in KY.

I wish I could wash my truck, but it'll have to wait a few days at best.

Ah man thats nothin. My friends think im crazy. I spend every dime I have on my truck. I wash it every other day or so. Last night I washed it in 45 degree weather (real cold for us here in FL ), and my next door neighbor thought I was an idiot. I mean, they thought I was stupid enough for washing every 2 days, but then I was washing in 45 degree weather at 7:30 at night in the dark! LOL! Just wait till you start modding. Then your friends will talk smack to other people because they know the 'kid with the Lightning that'll smack around any other car around here'. Its kinda funny...

nope, you're normal. I'm waiting on my 03L, and I've been amassing detailing Stuff from the day i knew i was getting one. So far i have 3 gallons or meguiars gold class car shampoo. That should last me a couple weeks. Plus a ton of the meguiars professional line of polishes, waxaes and glazes. and 303 protectant for the tonneau cover. Now i have to find a porter cable polsher for less than 150, and get a bunch of the griots pads for it, along with their claybar attachent, and microfiber attachment LoL. Modthrax hit me early too. I made a master plan in excel, so i know exactly what to do as soon as I get it. So far my list totals at 30K haha. MY only problem is this: I have no money at all. Being a student with an L leaves almost nothing to treat modthrax with. The fact that REM is so closeby just makes it harder for me lol.
