Are Our Fuel Pressure Regulators Boost Sensitive?

I read on an older post that our fuel pressure regulators automatically increase the fuel pressure as the boost increases? Is this true?

Yes... Normal is about 32 PSI. As you go into tip in, youll reach 40 psi, maxing out at 52 psi at WOT.

Thanks for the info. So let's say that you add 2-3 more pounds of boost will the fuel pressure regulator realize the additonal boost and automatically add the additonal fuel?

Your regualtor is only good for a max of 52 psi. However, you could add a boost sens adjustable regulator to increase pressure but the fuel system on the lightning is good for 550hp unless your runninf N02. Then you would be smart to go ahead and run high volume pumps.

I have the dual 255 pumps (I can get them at a great deal, contact me @ Tommylighting@yahoo.com if you would like info). Now I see close to 58psi at WOT.
