I've got the JL ram air setup, almost the same design but not quite. But as far as the scoop I've had no problems on anything. My truck is stock height.

Never been a problem for my home made set, and as you can see it forces a lot of air directly to the filter (thats a 4" hose you see). I've driven in major rain, 3 snow days this year already, sand, dirt, etc.... No problems at all.

I had it off today a matter of fact and found sand in the box and the filter was packed with sand too. I cleaned it all up good as new.

No problem...Its the very best intake system thats available for the Gen 2 Lightning. Do you "yungins" understand that? Or would you like me to explain it in simpler terms?

I don't fly at quite that altitude. The most likely victim for me would be a chicken. No offense Chickenears.

Dam Killa, I ****ing Like that, how'd you do that, where'd you get that tube, how the hell did you get through the bottom hose nightmare. I had my Cobra set up like that on the passenger side.

I'm just a poor old man from NY, I can't keep up, I got to use a bread box and a Home Depot Drainage Hose
