I go to school in Oxford at Ole Miss,, Im not sure where you will be. If you are on the coast, probably 5 hours away from me.

 

I'm in Jackson, MS. However, Robinsonville is very near to Memphis so you're much closer to the Memphis crowd. I think they (Lightning owners) occasionally get together at Hooters. Watch for their messages here and at the NLOC list.

andrewjhaley, I graduated from Ole Miss a couple of years ago and visit Oxford pretty often. We'll have to hook up the next time I'm up there.

When are you moving. Southaven is generally considered a suburb of Memphis, although it is in a different state. A few of the Memphis L's are getting together this friday at the Hooter's on Mt. Moriah. Memphis Motorsports park is where we all go to race, but it will not reopen till probably April. E-mail me when you are moving and we can set up meet with everyone if you can't make it on Friday. Two of the guys that I race with live in Mississippi, very close to you and they are also on here, LTNBOLT & Dealerjim.

DealerJim was a poker dealer at the Horseshoe Casino. He lives in Walls, MS very close to Southaven and I live in Olive Branch, MS. Southaven and Olive Branch border the Memphis City limits (stateline). You are about 40 - 45 minutes south of the Memphis Motorsports Park.

thank god that there is going to be some more guys with lightnings out there. i live in hilton head island SC now and there is only three of us out here and no 1/4 mile strip any were.
i am taking a chef position at the gold strike casino and i am going to live at the links villas in southaven. i checked out some houses in olive branch but as i use the lightning for daily driver i think i would rack up the miles driving to the casino every day. i will probley buy a beater to get around and keep L parked.
i think i saw a hooters but i was only there for one day and don't remember the street. but can't wait
will be out there on feb 5th
