I have a buddy w/ a 95 camaro with a LT4 drop in. Lingerfelter designed that is running 12.90's. There is something definetly wrong with the car. I have raced it many times. I raced it when it ran 12.90's. The car has something missing........Anyways, the LT1 is a strong engine. He had a 92 Camaro before this one. It ran mid 13's mild setup.

RTkilla,

That is a sweet Camaro. Here is a pic of my buddies and my truck. We just installed a 100 shot of spray, and a couple of other goodies. Still trying to figure out the richness problem. We think it has something to do with the ignition system. Anyways.......Hope to have some fast machines to race this season.

I had a best of a 13.79@101mph in my 95 LT1 when it was show room stock. So if he was close to stock that is why you beat him. Plus since they make peak torque at 2200rpm they are very very hard to drive correctly so most people cant run LT1's in the 13's.

After all the normal bolt ons like headers, cat back air intake it ran a best of 13.1@107mph. I had traction issues because by this time I started to set the car up for road course and not 1/4 mile.

Now its a lot faster

Nice kill on the Camaro!

Its an actual SLP hood. Its called the ultra Z hood. I think I have some more pics of iton my site if your interested. I am also sure if you do a search on SLP Ultra Z hood you will find a lot of pics. SLP is a Canadian based company. They are the poeple who made the SS version of the Camaro.
