Ok, a lot of yall on here are really cool guys, and this isnt meant towards yall. I didnt come here trying to get any special treatment about who my dad is, i dont even remember how it was brought up, but i 100% didnt just come out of the blue and say it, and try to gloat, not at all. I think it all started when i said that billy gibbons had a Lightning, and came by, i think someone then asked y he would be coming to my house, so then i said y, i didnt gloat. Another member of the family has our digital camera, and has been borrowing it, they live about 25 miles away, and im kinda busy sometimes and couldnt get it right away. But everyone decided i was a liar and pissed me off, thats y i started gloating, i apologize for that, and for only that. My gradfather got ill, and i couldnt make it to RSI on Friday like me and my Bro and another friend had planned to. So i couldnt get on this board for a few days, so i come back and read some posts, and its open clowing season on me, ya know what guys, thats fine, andrewjhaley started a post that shows im who i say i am, and that i am not a liar, but im not going to listen to this, and even if yall stopped all the flak, in the back of your minds you already have a mindset that i am not who i say i am. But thats cool guys, im not going to post on here anymore, thanks to all the people that werent A-holes to me. Maybe i'll see some of you guys around.

 

Welcome to the Internet. If you have something said that's going to pique the interest of another, proof is required. And, with this crowd, it's even worse. Even with Lightning related material, half of the accomplishments go doubted, without a timeslip, without pictures, without a video of the run, etc. Realize that people get flamed a lot because they did believe in something, only to find out later that they were lied to. So, the next time, it's harder for them to fool. Not to say that you were or not, but you also didn't help the issue along by making half a dozen threads about cars your family had, and that you were expecting the camera any day now. Good luck in whatever you do.

 

Sorry to see you go, because of others' stupidity... Personally, I don't care who your father is... That doesn't change who YOU are.... No clue why everyone made such a big deal out of it. I mean, seriously - if you're going to lie about who your father is, why not say you're Jack Osbourne or something?

I guess some people just won't take your word for anything anymore... Heh, I can't WAIT for the day that Charlie Sheen pops up on the board! Just imagine the crap HE'LL get!!

dude, stick around... i remeber a month before i got my lightning, i posted here looking for advice, and when i posted up pics of my BMW show car, i got Totaly HATED ON!.. all types of comments from its got to be "daddys car" or that i was full of sh*t, etc., etc., etc...

But it was the better people of this board, not the childish ones that hate on people for having something they dont, that made me stick around... Shoot, i didnt even know anyone here, and a few guys that were in Jersey even asked if id like a ride in their Lighting before i bought one...

I said I'd be the first one to eat crow if I was wrong. I'm not trying to run anyone off. I just don't like people who lie. If you have to lie about who you are or your ride then what type of person does that make you? All I asked for and others did too were some pics. Now I understand if you don't currently have a camera to snap pics of the Diablo.

How about any other photos you have? If you're like my wife, you've kept every digital photo you've ever snapped on the hardrive or CD. So how about posting any of those instead? Surely you've got some family photos from X-mas or Thanksiving lying around.

Well the way I see it is, it has not been proven or dis-proven. Either way it should not matter.... sux that you are leaving. there is a wealth of information to be had here, once you filter through all the BS that is! HALO here in houston will always welcome ya. Maybe I will see ya on the streets here in town one of these days.....
Some of these guys are ****** (a few come to mind actually) but for every one of them there are 10 "good guys" just learn who to ignore and all will be well.
