Did you see what they did on Trucks this weekend? They took a 2002 Chevy Silverado with a Duramax deisel and it dynoed at 196HP. Then they went to work on it by adding a propane injection and NOS injection systems from Bullydog. The first Dyno run was with propane only and it pulled 435HP and the second run with propane and NOS pulled 465HP. Not bad but the host even said on a side note that by adding that much power the trans should be upgraded.

Is it just the camera angle, or is she 'vertically-challenged'?

Yeah trucks was awsome. One of my customers has a Dodge Diesel with a bunch of add ons. It has "stacks" coming out of the bed. He has a whole list of things....NO Nitrous or propane though. Diesel truck have potential. You guys over here on the East coast will see this year at Cecil. 4 wheel drive diesel in the 12's.......We'll see. (We have high hopes)LOL

diesels

Please let me know when those smoking 4x4's are to run at Cecil... A couple boys here in Ohio are running in the 13's with no funny gas on stock all terrian/mudder tires at 6200 lbs plus with less than a "G" in mods! If there is one thing as amazing as the 2nd Gen. Lightning it is today's turbo diesels... Oh and by the way who else has hooked to a transfer sled with there lightning in a truck pull, I have (37 feet bouncing on da 5800+- rev limiter)!

P.S. if you think a 2nd Gen lightning sounds pretty under boost wait till you have heard a Cummins at 4000 rpm's+ making over 50# !!!! Yep that's 50+ pounds of boost!

Later. see most of you guys at the Cecil 4-12-03, TugBolt...

Hey Tug,

I will post when we are going down. Those things are impressive. Wait untill you see all the "smoke" these trucks produce. (you think burnouts are bad)

You pulled the sled with your L? I went to Cecil county fair last year and Joked about pullin the sled with my HD. It got rained out last year Hopefully I can see it pull the sled and run the 1/4 this year.

Sled?

Yep! I have pulled the Sled (my buddies where lippng me saying I would not do it). Think I might have went further but one of my buds with a 13.6 sec. diesel was egging me to stomp it! So lots of tire smoke in second gear. You cannot image those folks who came over after the pull saying whatcha got in dat? Oh yeh pulled on F1's and have ran 12.25 at 111+ on them to, look forward to see you at Cecil.

(oh yeh my hitch height was only 18" when max was 21")

They did a Cummins on Horsepower TV a couple of years ago with Propane that topped 500 HP. Behind drag racing, tractor pulls and truck pulls are my favorite motorsport. I love seeing 4-5 Blown Big Blocks mounted all on one vehicle. It's a sight to behold.

Her, eh, inability to act is quite amusing too. Oh yeah, she shakes her a$$ whenever she stresses a word. It's pretty funny.
