My left head light works fine, but my right head light emits a very very dim color. I used to be able to pop the hood and wiggle the wire but now that doesnt help. But I noticed i can now drive with both my fog and brights on at the same time. What could be the problem?

 

sounds like a short, not sure though

 

Try replacing both sides with Silver Stars.
