And the newest member of the 12 second club is....
ME! I know hundreds of you guys have already done this but it's a big deal for me because I'm on a budget! I ran a 12.9 tonight and then backed it up with a 12.8 @ 104.4 mph. 1.78 60' using Nittos too, which is amazing considering our track prep sucks. I don't think I saw them pull out the VHT once tonight. Now I need to get down to a 12.5 or better

I rermember mine too. Last year, I hit a 12.8xx for the first time. I parked and ran over to cablebandit(helpful friend with a turboed TA) and showed him my slip. He jumps out of his car(in the staging lane), grabs my slip and starts hollerin', "Hey, anybody lose a 12 second time slip? Dan just 'found' one!"
