21....................

you know last year I couldn't wait to turn 21, my birthday party was at white star lounge and it was incredible. Fish bowl room with woman everywhere and free shots all night long. I remember it clear as.......... well the first half anyway, the last half is all a big blur but I didn't puke and I don't remember how in the hell my friends got me home!

Anyway, turning 22 in may is going to be a shocker for me and I'm really starting to realize that I'm getting old and Its hard getting old having more responsibilities. Screw that I'm staying home as long and I can milking it, besides its just me and my mom and I have complete freedom anyway. I can't beleive I've had this truck for 4 years now!!!!!!!!! I remember the day I picked her up from the dealer fresh and new with plastic still on the floor. 3.4 miles on the OD and already scratched up and repaired by the dealer, HAHAHAHAHA. oh well.

Oh well I'm tired and I just drove kim home and it was damn cold guys. Out of a cold sleep I got woken up to her trying to walk home (only lives about 10 blocks away) and I just threw on what little cloths I could find and run out the door and hop in the grand prix. So my feet are frozen, my fingers are nubby and my eyes are about to wipe out!

Have fun, I'm out.

16. I'm a youngin.

Black2000L- I completely agree with you. I too have seen both ends of the spectrum, and while I may have had help from my parents when purchasing this truck, I still appreciate it more than most.

BTW- I am leaving in 5 minutes to go pick up my '03

41 here... No offence intended but most of you guys were still crappin' yellow if even on Gods green earth when I had my first hot rod truck. A 1970 Chevy 1/2 ton step side with a 10.5 to 1, .030 over 350 (355), wildass cam, backed by a Muncie M21 4 spd. w/Hurst Competition Plus. It looked stock but surprized quite a few T/As and 'Vettes. The L' kinda reminds me of the old girl albeit much more refined.

S'pose I'm one of the senior citizens on this board!

Cool

just turned 33. It's been a long hard road to get here, but the Lightnings parked winters and 100% paid for.

I celebrated the 16th anniversary of my 39th birthday last year.

I know I'm not the oldest Lightning Owner ... Just one of the happiest!

52 with the mind and body of a 51 year old. Should be 53 but I was sick a year.
Had I known as a young man that I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself.
To much wine, women, and song here.
Just picked up the weights again after a 15 year void, so maybe by racing season I will be comfortable weaing a T-shirt again.
