Unhappy Seen better days...

Hey all,
Does anyone else hate icy roads? My 94' L doesn't agree with them much... it's got some new bumps and bruises to prove it. Wide tires and icy roads don't mix... and using the brakes doesn't help either when sliding down and off an icy road down a hill and into the branches of a holly tree!!! I hate ice... just thought I would vent...

Later...

My beastie has been growling because I've been driving the STS too much, but I refuse to subject it to this salt, snow and ice.

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. I drive my truck daily through the hard rain we have here in South Florida, and on top of that, I have no garage!

Thats a bummer for sure

I drove my 93 L through 3 New England winters. Those rear only anti lock brakes arn't the best in the snow.

Try driving in the snow on 20s with an 8# pulley and torque coverter at 3 a.m.

Thank God for the Wet Okales.
