I would also agree, a good aftermarket program with leaner than factory settings should net cleaner exhaust...Do you still have your cats on? And do you have the Oil Seperator mod hooked up?

Well I have no EGR equipment anymore. all my emissions stuff has been taken of but sal compensated for that so I'm assuming they wouldn't be able to tell anyway.

It says they do a OBD2 port test first, if that passes I'm good but if it doesn then I go for the exhaust test.

I have the High flow cats that come with the KOOKS long tubes.

Joe, it's good that you didn't move to CA. You would be totally screwed.

They would bounce you here, just on the visual part of the test. Then you would have to put all the emissions stuff back on, and remove any mod that doesn't have an EO number.

I understand that it is possible to find a place that will just test the exhaust. If you pass, you are OK. Those people are technically in violation of our laws.

Good Luck!

Kevin, they might say something about it, but it would be pretty easy to explain.

If they wouldn't pass you with it, it could be bypassed easily by removing two hose clamps.

Kevin, it's kind of ironic. I used to buy my smog certs', too!

Now all my vehicles are smog legal.

I don't think so, but I've never had to go before so I have no clue really.
