Boost Bypass Question/Battery Question!

Hey Boys, I'm doing the Boost Bypass Mod, just unplugging the selenoid - but had a question. Should I unplug the negative battery terminal, wait 5 minutes, then pull then selenoid or pull the seleniod and then disconnect the battery? Or does it matter?!

You don't have to disconnect the battery.
