i know there was talk of a different steering wheel for 03 Ls but is thre any truth? any of you 03 guys post a pic if the steering wheel is diferent

 

I don't have a good picture, but it is different. Actually the wheel and airbag cover are the same, but the wheel is covered in "perforated" leather instead of the old smooth texture. it has little dots or holes all over it.

Looks like an fr500/mustang steering wheel. Has anyone tried using the billet cruise control buttons from the mustang on it?

 

I'd swear on a stack of bibles my 01's wheel is black and so is the bag cover..that one looks grey. If it feels like the wheel on the Gen I's it may be my next upgrade...
