Part number for Fuel filter? Torq lbs. for lugs?

Anyone now the part number for the replacement fuel Fram filters and is there better
ones at the local auto store than fram?

Also need to now if stock 99L rims are torq'ed to 100ft lbs.

Thanks

dont know about the rims, but look in your owners manual and it will tell you the replacement motorcraft fuel filter P/N and then you can go to a auto part store and they will give you a brand that replaces that motocraft filter..... make sure you get one that replaces that one, cause i didn't have the # on me and just told them the make model etc. and they gave me a fuel filter that was 3 times the size of the stock one.....

If you look on the jack under the seat it says 150 lbs for 5 lug wheels. On my '01 it does at least. Sorry, I don't the part #.

yes 99-00 studs are 12mm studs to be torqued at 100Ft-lbs, 01-current studs are 14mm to be torqued at a nifty 150
