VA & NC guys.... Play time is coming!!

Guys,

Will all the holiday mods and new L owners I know people are dying to get to the track. I have a few things almost ready to try out. Its looking to be a good showing of people wanting to play.

Lets look at a date to meet up, and ideas? I am thinking in Feb will be the best to get the mods on everyones trucks and time to plan!!

Where : Kinston Dragway
(Great hooking track, snapped my shaft there!!! )
Should be a good time, cool weather and a good hooking track = New Best ET's!!!

I know of plenty of VA L's that would come, who else would care to join in? NC guys??

PS: To Superfords, I know you will be itching to try that 03 out. You like a good hooking track for those 1.7's on F1's!!!
Care to come to?

Richard, an early debut for Blue works for me! Let me know when and where ya want to meet. Anytime in Feb should work for me, earlier the better weather permitting. Didn't you have a set of rear slicks for sale? or for loan? Ha!

About 1.5-2 hours I think, there will probably be some people that chime in from the Char area. A few came last time....

More like 3.5-4.5 hours from Charlotte to Kinston(depending on where in charlotte). All good 4 lane highway though and once you get around Greensboro it is real smooth driving on a saturday.

We have plenty of time, some of my things are not even finished being made yet.....

It should be a fun time for all though.... Its a good home town track, kind of short, BUT one of the best hooking I have been on!!

Blackjack, just do a Mapquest on driving directions, just put in your town and Kinston (no zip's needed) . It's about 3.5-4 hours from Va Beach and about the same from Richmond. Once ICULOKN puts out a date all of us in the general area should pick a meeting place and 'caravan" down and save Richard from a Speeding Ticket!!!!!! I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.

Rich goes down 95, it's quicker down 17 for the Tidewater people.
