pfff.. if your having a problem spinning you better stay away from the 4:10s for while..thats only going to make it worse. The traction bars should help, thinking about getting some myself actually. Slicks = very good idea , oh and Im going down their tonight, so is another guy from "the forbidden web site" ... you should go, its from 8-1am ,I think it should be fun

Hi James and welcome

First off you don't need 4.10 gears 99% of the fast guys run the 3.73's including myself. Save you money for other mods.

A good set of traction bars, some 28x10-16 Hoosier slicks would help. If your not going to lower it more than 2 inches in the rear, the JDM/Rancho/JLP style bars work the best.

With these bars and tires you will be able to run your race program. Just make sure you talk to Paul and ask him if the race program requires race fuel.

Some other good mods are
electric fan/cobra water pump combo
JDM heat exchanger

also a driveshaft loop is inexpensive and is good insurance incase you ever drop a driveshaft.

Down the road you might want to look into some long tube headers and high flow cats.

Good luck, and also the more runs you make the better you will learn how to launch these trucks.

Do this:

also a driveshaft loop is inexpensive and is good insurance incase you ever drop a driveshaft.

Especially if you get slicks plus our track reqires one if you're in the 12s.
