I'll just go ahead and tell him whats wrong......change your filter....90% of the calls we get are only because of dirty filters...they restrict the flow, put a extra load on the motor and pop, there goes the breaker...hope this helps
its a little deeper then a dirty filter, its a piece of **** Luxaire-PCMULD12NO95B,what happens is that it will cycle but the burner will not light,if i reset the breaker or turn the thermosstat to the off position then back on it will cycle one time then its done, tomoroe i am picking up the little diaphram switch that senses when the pre blower is running,i have allready replaced the control brian thing in the blower housing.if its not the diaphram switch next i will replace the gas valve but i really dont think that is whats wrong,i hate chasing parts!!!!
the unit is 10 years old

What is it doing or not doing? Lightning, it is the ignitor or the board related to it, Change to a glow plug. If the burners are comeing on and going out it is cutting out on high limit and that could mean a couple of things, Phucked blower motor (hope you don' t have a Heil furnace). Dirty sensors, Chiminey down draft switch, Pressure switch. Simpley Dead, Gas valve fuse in main board. E-Mail me at bluelightning@lightningowner.com if you are still stumped.

the glow plug glows,it will light up and supply heat 1 time but thats it after that the pre blower will run and the glow plug will glow but the burner will not light,i am so pissed i have been trying to get this sorted out for a month now!!!

If glows it is probly a bad diaphram in the Gas valve, bad 24 volt solinoid in the valve or the diaphram switch you mentioned in the earlier post. Take the two terminals off of the diaphram swith jumper them together and see if the burners ignite then, If it does and the room fills up with carbon monxide and you die or sustain damages I' am not responsible as you are bypassing a safety device. It may be tripping that for ligitamate purposes. try that then post.

Pull the allen screw out of the outlet side of the gas valve and see if you have gas pressure through the valve. It may not be opening or the valve control board may be bad(be sure there is gas to the unit). There is also a transducer in the induction motor that generates voltage when the induction motor spins. This produces voltage and proves to the control board that the induction motor is functional and allows the unit to ignite.Check voltage at the small leads from the induction motor. Also check your roll out safety switch to make sure its not open.Failure in any of these will interupt the gas valve from opening for safety. Most brands of units will allow 3 automatic attempts at ignition then on the 3rd failure will lock out the control board from further attempts. You must reset the safety by disconnecting and reconnecting high voltage to the unit at the disconnect or breaker to attempt ignition again.
Note:Extinguish all cigarettes and open flames while performing the gas flow tests.

Without putting a meter on it, nobody can tell you for sure what it is. I have seen that happen when the unit is not getting a good ground. Check the ground at the control board and at the panel for tight and CLEAN connections.
Unfortunately or maybe fortunately we don't see many Luxair furnaces in this area.
The second most popular failure cause on the lower level furnaces is the gas valve...jokingly called a Honeywell smart valve. You can get the part number off the valve and call the parts house and ask them if that is what you have.
Oh and that item being called a "preblower" is actually called a combustion blower motor.
Trying to diagnose electrical problems without actually being on the job is a sure way to cause a fellow to replace every part in his furnace.
