Wish I could think of something more clever to say

Best I can do for now is both Doug and Steve are in Motor City and operating off of lap tops.

I don't get into these issues much any more, but I'm beginning to wonder when is a Lightning not a Lightning?

I made a very deep, coherent maybe even brilliant post on one of the 2004 F150 picture threads in the rumor mill section and it will never get read by us present and former Lightning drivers. Sort of overkill seems to me. And.....I am a supporter of both Doug and Steve

Does that qualify me as a "Supporting Member"?

Speaking of being a supporter, I am just about to post on the Blackwood forum my first ever kill. I beat a Chevvie S10 4 cyl with a fart can exhaust today even after giving him a 4 truck length head start. Sumbitch had an automatic and was revving against the brakes to get his one wheel spinning and giving me the finger.
Sometimes the smallest pleasures are the best.

BTW, Bayou Man you are probably right. This one will get moved to oblivion at warp speed once the lap tops batteries are re-charged.

The 2004 Lightning is not a Lightning when it is only a concept vehicle that will not be available until 2006 and there is a forum on this site (yes, there are forums on this site other than this one) dedicated to the rumors, facts and speculation about future F150 based models based on the 2004 F150. Centralizing this information in a single forum make sense so the same post does not appear 600 times simply because the last post is now on the 2nd page of threads. Rather than complain, why not just say thank you for creating a forum where information can be posted and get on with your lives? Is it really that tough to respect our wishes?

Actually, I think it would save you some effort if you'd leave one post here.

Once you move each one and they drop off the first page, someone comes along and posts another, which gets moved, and drops off the first page, someone comes along and posts another, which gets moved, and drops off the first page, someone comes along and posts another, which gets moved, and drops off the first page...

Get it?

Thanks and utmost respect, Steve.

Come on down to the store and I will buy you a beer

Then......................we will discuss the when is a Lightning not a Lightning issue.

Trash me if you will, but member, member I had Gen II L #247 or so and was a pioneer for Superchips/Sal and others for the mods we all enjoy now. Give me just a little slack when I vent my fairly modest opinions, por favor.

Now, I am going to go back and watch as many episodes of the Sopranos as I can which my Pat got me for Christmas. Damn, talk about the cost for mods for an L or a Wood, those DVDs cost like $100 per year

Bill

We had no intention of trashing you. We have been getting abused for days from all the forums for moving threads and iit gets OLD...

While the members are concerned about the fact that the threads are getting moved Steve and I are working all day taking pictures and learning what we can and we come back to post them and the CRUSH of people viewing the pics has taken BOTH our servers to thier knees...

SO the issues behind the decisions are complicated.

Doug
