Red calipers on a red truck?

Anyone have any pics of a red truck with brake calipers painted red?

I painted mine red, unfortunetly, the pics in my gallery do no justice. I really like the way they turned out though.

Hey Odin's Wrath,

You live in High Point. I sometimes go to Greensboro on business. You live close to the Colonial pipeline Tank Farm off I-40?

Actually I used Ford Engine paint, and it is now dull orange.
Take the time to find the caliper paint that is good to 1500
degrees ... <grin> I think my auto-x hastened the color change
quite a bit.

InSomNiAc,

I did my '98 F-150 calipers in red using high temp paint. I though it look good as you can see in the pics the others posted.

I went one step farther and painted the little Ford oval on the caliper Ford blue. Maybe that is a little to much but I liked it.

Did anyone actually remove the calipers to paint?
I just got a new '03 F-150 and plan on doing the calipers again.

Yeah man. I live very close to where your talking about. Right at Wendover and Hwy 68. Give me a holler when your coming down....... Especially if you're bringing the model with you.
