Excellent beater, it'll fit your 2 labs, and they MSRP around $19k. MPG on the sticker is 23/28, if I'm not mistaken.

 

Great cars and there big guy friendly. They drive good and have some pep in there step. I don't own one but there is two guys her at the plant that do.

I co-own a SVT Focus (3-door) with my g/f and I have to say, it's an awesome vehicle. I don't know how Ford does it, but they make the interior seem larger than the exterior! And the handling can only be compared to exotic sports cars. I don't know about how the extra two doors will affect any of this, but I'm sure it's still a great car.

does the 5-door car w/ the SVT package? I dont think it does. Anyway, here is my wagon.

It is a great car and I love driving it, handles like a slot car. Also, like said above, its big guy friendly. I am 6'7" and can drive this car comfortably! Never thought I would get in a car this size and not feel like I'm stuck in a can. If someone can confirm that Ford IS making the 5-door w/ the SVT package, I'm selling a wagon!

Sorry to mislead ya, I'm mostly talking trash. Not gona get rid of the wagon for now, but if my Expedition was paid for that would be another story. But i'm gona go by my dealership for sure soon and see if i can find a 5-door SVT this week. All I've ever seen is the 3-door cars, and I'm through the dealership at least every other week.

 

I can fit two ridgebacks and a whippet in my SVTF and it's only a 3 door. Also, this past weekend, I got 26 MPG (combined mpg) on my drive down, around and back from Palm Springs, with one ridgeback, show gear and air conditioning on. Plus, I was driving at the speed of traffic on I5.

Furthermore, it performs great on the track! Even in stock trim, it'll run circles around a modified Lightning anyday, anytime.
