Unhappy Squeek from the L

I got a weird squeek coming from somewhere on top of the motor. I cannot seem to find it. I didn't notice it until I did my JL ram air setup. It's hard to describe. Almost like a belt squeek. Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

I know paul at REM had a pulley bearing binding on his truck, he cleaned it out and repacked it with grease so no more problem. It could be the belt squeaking against a seized pulley.

My Service Tech at FORD told me they have some
problems with Idler pulleys on the 5.4's seizing and
perfroming poorly. Maybe that's it.... at least it
would be better than the alternative ... S/C main
bearings going south ...

IF it's the idler pulleys, here is the thread you want:

But I would also recheck the air box, tubes, etc. and see if it's rubbing somewhere?

Is the squeek heard after you jump on the gas and let off. If so, it's just the blower belt unloading.
